First time coming into this office I was dropping off the referral from my dentist. I was met with such a friendly face, and right there set up my appointment. For my appointment I felt very welcomed coming into the lobby, they helped me with every question I had. I have been taking my daughter to Judd Orthodontics since she was 8 years old to now her being 11 years old. She needed two sets of braces and she’s on her second set now. I just wanted to share our experience as it’s been nothing but positive. I absolutely love the environment and everyone is very kind and inviting. They have always answered my questions and concerns. I absolutely trust all the work that has been done on my daughter because the results speak for themselves. I had my husband take my daughter to her appt recently and I am not sure what happened but they may have messed up on their schedule and possibly forgot to call my daughter into the back so my husband and daughter had waited awhile in the sitting area. But they apologized for mix up and for the long wait and offered my husband and daughter some goodies and a little gift card for how long the wait was. We just love that they cared enough to do that! My husband called me in shock of how thoughtful that was. So professional and obviously care about their patients. Kid number 4 just got off his braces today. When we are all said and done, Dr. Judd and his amazing team will have given 7 of my kids beautiful smiles with the correct bite and alignment. We went to Judd Orthodontics for a 2nd opinion for my daughter who did not want braces. The office feels very warm and inviting, and everyone working there seem happy to be there. But by far the main deciding factor was the amazingly accommodating appointment options for a busy family!!! I was so fed up over the years with always having to pull the kids out of school to accommodate pediatric dentists unrealistic morning only, no weekend or evening schedules. Judd Orthodontist offered appointments to put both my sons braces on last year over two different breaks from school when most other doctors and services were "unavailable" on vacation!! And almost every follow up appointment since has been during non-school hours!

You will not find a friendlier group of front-counter representatives or technicians. They truly are the gold standard for customer service. Even when I called to inquire about a bracket, the girl who answered the phone was extremely informative and accommodating. Given the nature of orthodontics, you won’t have a lot of time with Dr. Judd; the technicians apply the braces. But the guy could not be friendlier or more helpful. He really knows his stuff and answered every one of my questions. He was super patient with my ignorance of the process and the options. It seems too often that as a parent we reflect on all of these milstones our children have surpassed. Braces is one of them. From even the moment of scheduling the appointment no question I had went unanswered. Neither my husband nor myself have ever had braces and I felt in over my head; every single nurse/hygienist, office manager(s), and the orthodontist homself took care of that. Today, my daughter and I left the office (she had her bright pink braces on)knowing should anything come up help is a phone call away. Best experience! I did my homework and went to several other ortho's for consultations. I wanted to make sure since we have 3 kids that need braces that we were making a wise choice, not only financial but also relationally. Can't say enough good things about Judd Orthodontics. We went to Judd for a 2nd opinion after visiting another orthodontist and knew in the first 5 minutes that we would be going with Judd. Their staff is so friendly and Dr. Judd is very positive and does an excellent job at keeping us informed on the progress we should expect with each visit.
