• No Cavities at Dentist Checkup = 5 Points
• Excellent Brushing and Flossing at Each Appointment = 2 Points

• No Loose Brackets at Each Appointment = 2 Points
• Excellent Rubber Band Wear and Appliance Use = 2 Points
• Refer a Friend Who Starts Treatment = 500 Points
